The addition of ILFOTEC RT RAPID STARTER turns the working strength ILFOTEC RT RAPID replenisher into a working strength developer.

In a replenished developer system, ILFOTEC RT RAPID STARTER reduces the activity of the fresh developer to simulate a "seasoned" developer, i.e. one where the by-products of development are present in a stable equilibrium. Therefore, preventing a reduction in speed and contrast as the fresh developer becomes "seasoned".
