Introduced in 1977, the Canon AT-1 is a close relative of the legendary Canon AE-1, sharing the same chassis, internal mechanical layout, and accessory compatibility. Designed as a strictly manual exposure 35mm SLR, it features a traditional match-needle metering system inside the viewfinder where the user manually aligns the needles for correct exposure.
Accepting the extensive lineup of classic Canon FD lenses, the AT-1 offers shutter speeds ranging from 1/1000s down to 1 second plus Bulb mode. This particular unit exhibits minor cosmetic signs of use (such as slight paint wear along the edges or minor surface scuffs), but remains in good physical and mechanical condition. Its electronically controlled focal-plane shutter requires a standard 6V 4LR44 battery to operate.
