Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm f/3.5 Macro Focusing Auto Zoom

The Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm f/3.5 is a versatile manual-focus telephoto zoom lens from the 1970s and 1980s. Its 70-210mm focal range makes it suitable for portraits, nature photography and distant subjects. The constant maximum aperture of f/3.5 throughout the zoom range is one of its distinctive features.

The macro focusing function also allows the lens to be used for close-up photography. The Series 1 range became known for its ambitious optical design and offered an interesting alternative to camera manufacturers’ own zoom lenses.

This model was produced in several versions and camera mounts, so the mount should be checked before matching it with a camera.
