Zeiss Ikon Ikonta 105mm f/6.3 Folding Camera

The Zeiss Ikon Ikonta is a classic folding camera from Germany's photographic heritage. The Ikonta series became known for its compact design, with the bellows and lens folding into the camera body for convenient transport. When unfolded, it provides a traditional camera setup for analogue photography.

This example is equipped with a 105mm lens with a maximum aperture of f/6.3. The longer focal length is suitable for portraits and general photography. Its relatively modest maximum aperture makes it particularly suitable for shooting in good lighting conditions.

Zeiss Ikon produced several Ikonta variants with different film formats, lenses and shutters. As the exact model and film format cannot be confirmed from the supplied information alone, these should be checked against the markings on the camera.

The camera is an interesting piece for collectors of classic German photographic equipment. The condition of the bellows, shutter, focusing mechanism and lens has not been specified and should be checked separately.
